THE TOUR
Leave Sat 31st May – Depart UK via Newcastle-Amsterdam (option to make your own way from a convenient port).
Sun 1st June – Through Holland (possible meeting with Dutch IPA Bikers) to German border. Onward to Bad Lauterberg (Biker Hotel). BBQ and Beers on arrival.
Mon 2nd June – Tour of the Harz Mountains and the Rhur Dams (scene of the Dambusters) by Greg who runs the Hotel.
Tues 3rd June – Free day to play in the Harz or take in the view from the top of the funicular railway or indulge in the fantastic ice cream in the village and wash it down with a local beer...your choice!
Wed 4th June – To Munich (Meet with local IPA for eats and beers).
Thurs 5th June - To Triento for the IPA Region 22 Italian 4th Motorcycle Rally
Friday 6th/ Sat 7th - Full programme of rideouts in the Dolomites and plenty of Italian fayre. Gala dinner and more Dolomites
Sunday 8th - Through northern Italy (hope to catch up with Giueseppi Bursa IPA Italy) to Annecy in France.
Monday 9th - Annecy (possible meet with the French IPA) - Tuesday 10th Annecy free day
Wednesday 11th Luveuil-des-Bains
Thursday 12th - Metz/Thionville
Friday 13th - Metz/Thionville - Underground Fortification -Maginot Line
Saturday 14th - St Omer
Sunday 15th - To Channel Tunnel and home.
